As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will lead enterprise-scale NetSuite implementations, working closely with clients to design, strategize, and execute tailored ERP/CRM solutions. You will play a key role in pre-sales, solution architecture, and technical leadership, ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business needs, provide innovative solutions, and demonstrate how technology can drive growth. - Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional NetSuite enhancements or services.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, solution architects, and project managers.
- Contribute to the development of internal best practices, methodologies, and solution accelerators.

The Essentials
- 8+ years in ERP/CRM solution architecture, consulting, and NetSuite implementations.
- Strong expertise in SuiteCloud development, integrations, and advanced financials.
- Proven leadership in large-scale, complex SaaS implementations across industries like construction, manufacturing, and professional services.
- Deep understanding of finance, accounting, and business operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and eCommerce applications, including system integrations and automation.
- Excellent pre-sales, client advisory, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
