The Person
Roles available from Chef de Partie through to Head Chef level - to join our team you will need the following:
- Proof of Right to work in the UK.
- Minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen.
- Level 2 or above Food Safety / Health and Safety Certificates.
- Own Chef Whites, Kitchen Knives and Safety Shoes.
- Written References or Reference contact details covering the past 2 years.
- Own transport would be beneficial.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undertake one would be welcomed.
