The Role

  • Supporting the Head Chef with the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen
  • Leading service and maintaining high food quality standards
  • Assisting with stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration
  • Training and developing junior members of the brigade
  • Supporting menu development and seasonal dish creation
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently maintained
  • Helping drive kitchen performance, organisation, and consistency

  • Currently a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step
  • Passionate about fresh food and seasonal ingredients
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
