Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility overseeing all sections of kitchen and running the service
- Assisting Head Chef to lead kitchen and team
- Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
- All aspects of health & safety
In order to be considered, applicants must:
- Currently be at Sous Chef level within a fresh food restaurant or Quality Dining venue and good understanding of health and kitchen management
- Have a great Kitchen presence and team work ethic
- Classically trained, happy to follow company recipes
- Have real passion to deliver an excellent experience
