Salary: GBP45000 - GBP50000 per annum + progression

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility overseeing all sections of kitchen and running the service
  • Assisting Head Chef to lead kitchen and team
  • Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
  • All aspects of health & safety

In order to be considered, applicants must:

  • Currently be at Sous Chef level within a fresh food restaurant or Quality Dining venue and have a good understanding of health and kitchen management
  • Have a great Kitchen presence and team work ethic
  • Be classically trained, happy to follow company recipes
  • Have real passion to deliver an excellent experience
