Sous Chef looking for an exciting next step!

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility of day to day management of the kitchen operations; assisting head chef during all responsibilities
  • Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the brand;
  • Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
  • All aspects of health & safety

In order to be considered, applicants must:

  • Currently be at Sous Chef level within a restaurant environment, experience with high street restaurants and working to high volume would be ideal
  • Have a great kitchen presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team;
  • Have a good understanding of business operations;
  • Love great food and good service!
