We’re recruiting a charismatic and experienced Reception Manager to lead the front desk and reservations function across a group of premium, food‑led restaurants in London. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll set the tone, manage guest flow and ensure every experience feels seamless and personal. You’ll work closely with senior leadership across multiple sites, playing a key role in shaping guest experience and driving standards across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, training and inspiring the reception team
  • Managing reservations, enquiries, VIP bookings and guest flow
  • Acting as the face of the business — setting standards and tone
  • Building strong relationships with guests to enhance repeat visits
  • Maintaining accurate reservation systems and processes
  • Driving performance through reporting and team development

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar reception or reservations role
  • Background in premium, high-volume or luxury environments
  • A natural host — confident, charismatic and guest-focused
  • Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation and professional approach
  • Calm, flexible and confident under pressure

  • 48 hours per week
  • Shifts across 10:00–22:30, 7 days a week
