The Role

As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of this busy and high-quality operation. You will support the leadership of the front-of-house team, deliver exceptional guest experiences and work closely with the owner and senior team to continue developing the business. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who loves being on the floor, leading from the front and creating a fantastic experience for every guest.

  • An experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or strong Restaurant Manager
  • A background within quality pubs, restaurants or premium hospitality
