Following the success of their opening, the restaurant is relocating to a brand-new site, offering the opportunity to join from the beginning and play an important part in developing the kitchen team and culture. The food is produce-led, seasonal and quality focused, with a particular emphasis on exceptional seafood and meat. This is a proper fresh-food kitchen where great ingredients, strong technique and consistency are at the heart of the menu.
