The Role

What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- Ability to deliver fresh, high-quality food to a consistent standard
- Experience in Pan-Asian cuisine preferred, but not essential
- Understanding of both corporate restaurant structures and independent operations
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Strong team player with leadership qualities
