Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility of working all sections of kitchen including cold, larder, fish, sauce, meat and pass.
  • Full engagement and involvement in back office operations.
  • All aspects of health & safety.

Qualifications:

  • Currently be at Chef de Partie level within a restaurant or high quality dining venue and good understanding of health and safety surrounding this.
  • Have a great kitchen presence and team work ethic.
  • Classically trained, happy to follow company recipes.
  • Have real passion to deliver an excellent experience.
