We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef ready for the next step
• Basic pizza-making experience is essential
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing GP, labour and stock control
• Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
• Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills
• Positive, hands-on approach to leadership
