We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead a vibrant, food-led pub and dining destination with a strong community heartbeat. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins of a 2 Rosette-standard operation, combining high-quality food with a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. With multiple revenue streams, including an established event space and 8 beautifully appointed bedrooms, this is a diverse and rewarding role for the right leader.

About the Role

  • Take full ownership of the business, driving both financial performance and guest experience
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate team across all areas of the business
  • Build strong local community engagement, becoming the face of the venue
  • Drive revenue across food, drink, rooms, and events
  • Deliver consistently high standards aligned with a Rosette-level dining experience
  • Manage all aspects of P&L, stock control, and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a premium pub, restaurant, or hospitality venue
  • Strong food-led background (Rosette experience ideal but not essential)
  • A natural host with a genuine passion for community engagement
  • Commercially aware with a track record of driving multiple revenue streams
  • Experience managing events and/or accommodation (rooms) is highly desirable
  • Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on approach
  • High standards and attention to detail
