To apply for this role, the client is looking for applicants who:
Have proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a busy, quality fresh-food restaurant.
Are passionate about fresh ingredients, quality cooking and delivering consistently high food standards .
Can confidently support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, food quality and busy services.
Have a good understanding of food costs, GP, stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation.
Are strong, approachable leaders who enjoy motivating, training and developing junior chefs.
Thrive in a busy kitchen, remaining organised, hands-on and calm under pressure.
Have a great personality, positive attitude and genuine ambition to progress their career.
