Have proven experience as a Head Chef , managing a busy, fresh-food restaurant kitchen.
Are passionate about quality ingredients, fresh food and consistently high cooking standards .
Have strong kitchen management skills, including food costs, GP, stock control and labour management.
Can lead, motivate and develop a kitchen brigade, creating a positive and professional team environment.
Thrive in a busy restaurant, remaining organised, hands-on and calm under pressure.
Have a great personality, strong work ethic and genuine ambition to develop their career.
