EPOS & Revenue Coordinator – Hospitality Group

Salary: Up to £30,000

Location: Guildford (Hybrid after probation)

A growing hospitality group is seeking a detail-focused EPOS & Revenue Coordinator to support revenue accuracy and system use across its restaurant estate. Based in Guildford, you\’ll work with finance, operations, and IT to keep EPOS processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily revenue and ensure payments are correctly recorded
• Reconcile weekly sales against cash, cards, vouchers, and petty cash
• Review site-level petty cash activity
• Act as the EPOS end‑of‑day expert and support sites with queries
• Investigate discrepancies and liaise with IT on system issues
• Guide sites on best practice for banking and EPOS use
• Assist the finance team with month‑end and year‑end reconciliations
• Support ad‑hoc revenue or system improvement tasks

What we need

• Experience with EPOS systems and end‑of‑day cashing up
• Confident communicator who can train and support site teams
• Strong problem‑solving ability and high attention to detail
• Comfortable using Excel
• Hospitality, retail, or multi‑site support experience is a bonus
