We're looking for a hands-on, passionate Assistant General Manager to join a well-established, food-led pub in the Windsor area.
This is a really lovely opportunity for an experienced operator who genuinely loves food , enjoys being close to the detail and wants to work somewhere that offers the best of both worlds - a busy, quality operation without sacrificing your life outside of work.
You'll be joining a strong and stable team , with a well-established operation and a fantastic reputation locally. The business is part of a growing, food-focused pub group with exciting plans for further expansion, so there is plenty of opportunity for someone who wants to develop alongside the business.
What we're looking for
We're after someone who is:
A real foodie with a genuine passion for great food and hospitality
An experienced Assistant Manager / AGM / strong Deputy from a quality pub, restaurant or food-led operation
Hands-on and happy to be on the floor, leading from the front
Commercially aware, with a good understanding of standards, service and guest experience
A natural team leader who enjoys developing and supporting their people
Organised, positive and confident in a busy operation
Looking for a long-term home rather than simply the next move
