The Role: Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the bistro Lead service and ensure excellent guest experience at all times Help train, motivate and develop the front of house team Assist with rotas, staffing, stock control and service standards Drive consistency, organisation and team morale Step up to run shifts independently when required The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or strong Team Leader Background in a fresh food, quality-led restaurant, bistro or pub Confident running service and leading a team Passionate about hospitality and delivering great customer experiences Organised, proactive and eager to progress …
