Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility of day to day management of the kitchen operations working closely with the General Manager taking responsibility for the kitchen.
- Proactive management of the team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the owners.
- Full engagement and involvement in back office operations.
- All aspects of health & safety.
- Menu ownership, creativity and development.
In order to be considered, applicants must:
- Currently be at Sous Chef level within a restaurant or pub working with fresh food and ideally serving high volumes of customers.
- Have a great kitchen presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team.
- Have a good understanding of business operations, happy to follow company recipes as well as delivering personalised menus.
- Have real passion to deliver an excellent experience.
