We are seeking Annotator to join an onsite team responsible for producing high-quality labeled data across multiple content types. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are detail oriented, enjoy structured processes, and are comfortable working with text, audio, video, and multimodal inputs. No previous experience is required. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data annotation following detailed guidelines, schemas, and quality standards.
  • Participate in structured training sessions, calibration exercises, and regular quality reviews.
  • Complete self-reviews and peer reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help refine annotation guidelines.
  • Participate in ad hoc data collection activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Annotation Coordinator and team members to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Previous annotation experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Comfortable working with various content types (text, audio, video, multimodal).
  • Willingness to participate in both live and recorded data collection scenarios.
  • Ability to work onsite fulltime at the client location in Cambridge.

Work Details & Requirements

  • 3 months Fixed Term Contract: (extendable based on performance and project requirements).
  • Work schedule - Regular working schedule, 8 hour shift per day Onsite, 5 days per week at client location.
  • Strong commitment to data accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
