BUSINESS ANALYST – BUSINESS CASE AUTHOR WITH FINANCE FOCUS
️Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Salary: £43,000 – £48,000 per annum, dependant on experience
Location: New Milton or fully remote
This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

Are you a dynamic Business Analyst with a passion for driving change and delivering value? We’re looking for someone with:
Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in previous Business Analyst role within a medium to large organisation.
Financial Acumen: Significant experience in developing and presenting financial business cases to senior stakeholders.
Project Expertise: Experience in process improvement, cost optimisation, or digital transformation projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exposure to working with IT, finance, and operations teams.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data analysis tools to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) and financial coursework (e.g., CFA Level 1, ACCA, CIMA).
Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in business analysis techniques, financial modelling, and business intelligence tools.
Knowledge of process mapping and project management tools.
Personal Attributes:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High attention to detail and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
