The predicted salary is between 45000 - 45000 £ per year.

Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week

Shift pattern: 5 days per week across Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 and 20:00, but you'll be working largely core hours.

Location: Norwich-Hybrid

Start Date: 6th July 2026

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus up to £333 monthly bonus

Please note that this role is subject to pre‑employment screening, including basic DBS checks and two years of referencing. All screening must be completed prior to your start date, which may result in the start date being adjusted.

About You:

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and develop our Careline365 sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, shaping strategy and supporting the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll be accountable for setting direction, coaching your team and ensuring targets are met through effective planning and execution. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll use data, insight and market understanding to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

The Role:

As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading both performance and strategy, including:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed targets
  • Leading, coaching and motivating the sales team to maximise performance and engagement
  • Setting clear objectives, conducting performance reviews and supporting ongoing development
  • Designing and delivering training to improve product knowledge and sales capability
  • Analysing market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategy and forecasting
  • Producing and presenting regular performance reports to senior management
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Working closely with marketing and other departments to align sales activity with wider business objectives
  • Driving customer acquisition while maintaining and developing existing relationships
  • Supporting recruitment and growth of a high‑performing sales team

Essential:

  • Experience within sales, ideally in a call centre or contact centre environment
  • Experience in a leadership, management or supervisory role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Confidence working with data to monitor performance and identify opportunities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Desirable:

  • Experience managing teams within a contact centre or D2C sales environment
  • Experience using sales platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong Excel or data analysis skills
