Careline365 is hiring an Emergency Call Handler in Norwich on a hybrid basis. You will be the calm voice for vulnerable clients, answering emergency alarms, assessing situations quickly and coordinating the right response.
Training is provided with full-time hours and a 4-on-7 shift pattern, 35 hours per week, with weekends off for one in four. Starting 2 November 2026, you will join a 24/7 monitoring team, supported by a pension, employee assistance and various employee discounts.
