Details

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift pattern: Working 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday, 9:00–19:00. 7.5-hour shift plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Salary: £24,004.50 per annum

Location: Bowthorpe, Norwich

Start Date: 16/02/2026 or 02/03/2026

About You

You must be a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills. You are hardworking, enthusiastic, and have a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Ideally, you have a good general standard of education and proficiency in Microsoft Office (such as Outlook). We believe that with the right core values and training you could thrive in this role.

The Role

As part of the Dispatch Team within our busy warehouse environment, you will ensure customer orders are prepared, tested, and sent on time to guarantee next-day delivery and a positive start to our customers’ journey with us. This is an essential part of the logistics process for the wider company.

Key responsibilities include the programming and testing of alarm equipment, processing customer orders and packing, processing returned goods and reconditioning equipment, stock control, and maintaining a safe and organized office space.
