Location: Norwich - Hybrid. This role is a UK based role and any hybrid work must also be within the UK.

About The Role: As our Brand Manager at Careline365, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our customers see, feel and experience our brand. You’ll lead the delivery of our brand plan and growth priorities, ensuring every touchpoint—from campaigns to content—reflects a consistent, high‑quality brand experience. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll translate brand strategy into clear plans and priorities that guide the brand team’s work. You’ll also help evolve our brand positioning, look and feel so it continues to resonate with customers and support the direction of the business. In this role, you’ll oversee content across all channels, maintain brand consistency, and influence the full customer journey—from awareness all the way through to advocacy. By using customer insight, performance data and your understanding of what truly drives engagement, you’ll help us optimise experiences and strengthen both brand perception and commercial performance. You’ll line manage the Assistant Brand Manager and collaborate with key teams including eCRM, Customer Care, Sales, E‑commerce, Development and Performance to ensure we deliver a joined‑up, meaningful experience. You’ll also manage timelines, budgets and act as an escalation point for brand‑related delivery challenges. About You: You’re a commercially minded brand professional with solid experience delivering multi‑channel brand activity and turning strategy into meaningful customer experiences. You’re organised, collaborative and insight‑led, with strong judgement around messaging and performance. Above all, you’re motivated by building a brand that customers can trust and connect with.
Essential:
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role within a consumer, services, D2C or subscription business, or at a creative agency supporting D2C clients.
- Proven experience delivering brand plans and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Confident working cross‑functionally with sales, digital, CRM and customer teams.
- Strong understanding of brand fundamentals, multi‑channel marketing and customer journeys.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to link brand activity to performance.
- Strong judgement around language, tone of voice and messaging, with the ability to brief, review and improve content.
- Able to work with insight and performance data to guide decisions and prioritisation.
- Understanding of how customer insight is generated and used.
- Degree or equivalent experience in design, digital media or a related field.
- Customer‑focused, insight‑led and a clear, confident communicator.
- Collaborative, proactive and delivery‑driven.
- Calm, resilient and able to work well in a fast‑moving environment.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a regulated, sensitive or trust‑based sector.
- Involvement in brand evolution, repositioning or proposition change.

- Strong prioritisation skills and comfort balancing pace, quality and impact.
