Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday – Friday, 7.5 hour shifts between 7 am – 7 pm
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Location: Office based, New Milton, Hampshire
Start date: 9th February 2026
Internet speed requirement: 5 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download

About You

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs. As this is an apprenticeship, no experience is required – we will give you full training! To be eligible you need:

  • A good standard or secondary education
  • Not already holding a Digital Support Technician Level 3 qualification
  • Right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria

You will enjoy a busy office environment. You will have excellent IT skills working on Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, Planner. You will be great at problem solving with a keen eye for detail, a clear communicator and able to support non‑technical users with patience and empathy.

The Role

You will be part of the Digital Support team, which is constantly evolving. As the first point of contact for Digital Support queries arriving via phone, email or form, you will log and assign cases via our case management system, providing initial triage and ensuring that first‑response SLA’s are adhered to. You will coordinate rapid and appropriate responses, keep customers apprised of progress, build rapport, and provide excellent customer service. The post would be suitable for a candidate entering the Digital Support sector, looking to achieve a Level 3 apprenticeship.

Apprenticeship Level 3 Details

The Digital Support Apprenticeship L3 lasts 17 months, duration depending on individual learner progression. The apprenticeship studies, provided by Gingernut, will take place remotely, but you will be based within our New Milton offices. You will have an opportunity to achieve Cisco Cyber Security Essentials, IT Essentials and Networking Essentials qualifications as part of your learning programme.
