Role Details
- Hours: 25.375 average per week
- Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 00:00 - 08:00
- Salary: £20,148.77 (£15.27 per hour)
- Location: Remote
- Start Date: 6th July 2026
- Closing Date: 31st May 2026
All IT equipment required for the role will be provided; a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps and download speed of 15 Mbps is required.
Responsibilities
- With a cool head, you’ll be handling varying calls, ranging from providing reassurance, actioning accidental calls, test calls, to contacting emergency services.
- You will arrange help for our vulnerable clients when they need us the most.
Qualifications
- Genuine desire to help the community, empathy, and ability to communicate sympathetically with distressed callers.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call centre environment dealing with customers, including remote work experience.
- A good general standard of education; core values and training are the priority.
- Resilience and drive to meet personal targets while delivering excellent customer service.
