Overview
Contact Centre Representative – Driving Excellence at Every Touchpoint. You will be the frontline ambassador for C365, engaging with customers through calls, emails, and chats to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support. You’ll respond to enquiries, explore customer needs, and collaborate across departments to ensure every interaction reflects the quality and reliability of our services. Hours and Location
Location: Norwich – Hybrid
Start Date: 15 September 2025
Hours & Shift Pattern:
- Option 1: 10 hrs per week // Monday 09:00-17:00; Tuesday 09:00-12:00
- Option 2: 10 hrs per week // Monday 09:00-17:00; Wednesday 09:00-12:00
Salary
Salary: £6,401.20 per annum (£12.31 per hour with opportunity to increase with KPI up to 20%)
Training
You need to be able to commit to 2 weeks of full-time training, Monday – Friday 09:30 – 17:00.

About You / Requirements
- You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to customers’ needs.
- You will have a minimum of one year experience in a customer-facing role and strong customer service skills. Experience in a contact centre would be advantageous.
- The role is computer-based; you need to navigate multiple systems. CRM knowledge is helpful, but all training is provided.
- The heart of the role is quality and high levels of customer satisfaction, through motivated and target-driven people.
- You will be engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, receiving inquiries, and exploring additional requirements.
- You will take inbound calls from new and existing customers and make outbound follow-up calls to help customers with their inquiries.
- You will work closely with all departments to maintain quality, accuracy, and outstanding customer service.
