We’re looking for an Interim Supply Chain Director who not only excels in managing complex supply chain functions but is also dedicated to training their successor for a seamless transition. What You Bring: Supply Chain Mastery: Deep understanding of procurement, inventory management, S&OP, distribution, and reverse logistics. Leadership Prowess: Proven experience leading supply chain teams in both conventional and consumer-driven environments. Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals. Vendor & Supplier Management: Expertise in managing global supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance management. Operational Excellence: Skilled in driving efficiency through lean or agile methodologies. Sustainability Focus: Knowledge of ethical sourcing, environmental compliance, and reverse logistics. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Certifications: CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar. Analytical Skills: Proficiency with supply chain management tools, data analytics platforms, and ERP systems. Leadership & Influence: Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams across global locations. Collaborative Spirit: Skilled in working across functions and with external partners to achieve objectives.
