Careline365, part of the Appello group, is seeking a Telecare Team Leader to head our Alarm Response Centre in Norwich. You will guide a team of Emergency Call Handlers to provide timely, high‑quality telecare support to vulnerable customers.
This role requires confident leadership, performance management and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Hybrid working with 37.5 hours per week. Start date September/October 2026; DBS checks and references are required.
