Appear Here is the marketplace for short-term retail space. We work with brands like Nike, Glossier, and Chanel to find the right space at the right moment — across London, Paris, and New York.
This role leads the Concierge team: the engine that converts inbound brand demand into bookings. You'll run a team of 4–6 people, own the new revenue number, and be the person who builds and develops this high‑performing team.
What you’ll own:
- Day‑to‑day management of the Concierge team, with full accountability for weekly and monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Run the pipeline - tracking enquiry volume, conversion rates, and speed through the funnel - and coach reps to pitch, negotiate, and close.
- This is a player‑coach role. You'll carry a quota, get on calls, run deals, and lead by example as well as managing the team.
- You’ll report to the Managing Director.
What we’re looking for:
- You've led a B2B or marketplace sales team and owned a revenue number. Not just managed people.
- You know what a healthy pipeline looks like, and you know how to fix one that isn't.
- You're comfortable in high‑velocity, transactional environments.
- Property, retail, or marketplace experience is a strong plus.
- You can read a dashboard, identify the right problem, and coach a rep on their conversion without turning it into a therapy session.
- You're London‑based. The team works in‑person.
