About You

Are you a seasoned sales professional ready to own and shape the revenue strategy for mid-market and enterprise customers across the UK and globally? As an Account Executive, you'll take full ownership of the sales process—from strategic prospecting through to close—while bringing the credibility and consultative depth to engage senior stakeholders at complex, high-value accounts. This is a quota-carrying role with real influence. You'll not only convert qualified opportunities into signed deals, but also help define how we go to market, mentor SDRs, and build the kind of long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and global word-of-mouth. If you thrive on selling something genuinely unlike anything else on the market, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do and How You'll Have an Impact

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from strategic discovery through negotiation and close on high-value, complex deals.
  • Develop and execute account plans across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise targets in the UK and internationally.
  • Partner closely with SDRs to convert qualified leads into proposals, while independently generating pipeline from target verticals and robot applications.
  • Lead executive-level conversations and present tailored, consultative solutions to senior decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling live and virtual product demonstrations that translate cutting-edge robotics into clear business value.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting accuracy in CRM with high data hygiene.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, navigating complex buying committees and addressing technical and commercial objections.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless customer outcomes.
  • Represent Engineered Arts at global trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits—becoming a credible voice in the humanoid robotics space.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role, with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Proven success selling physical technology products, hardware, or emerging technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals while managing shorter transactional opportunities simultaneously.
  • Executive presence and the ability to build credibility quickly with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing and accurately forecasting a substantial pipeline.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and a disciplined approach to data hygiene.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, innovative environment where the product category is still being defined.

Why You'll Love This Job

  • Join a company where creative ambition meets engineering excellence—and where no two deals are ever the same.
  • Make a measurable, global impact—see your work installed and experienced in museums, theme parks, universities and boardrooms around the world.
  • Enjoy competitive compensation, uncapped earning potential, and flexible work arrangements that support work–life balance.
  • Be part of a pioneering team at the forefront of one of the most exciting technology categories on the planet.
