As a key partner to senior leadership, you will build a high-performing Revenue Operations function, ensuring our teams have the tools, insights, and processes they need to maximise productivity and revenue performance.
Operating within a predominantly outbound sales environment, you will support a large sales organisation and help our new business teams efficiently identify and engage the right Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) at scale. This is a new role at AppCheck, giving you the opportunity to shape and build the Revenue Operations function from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s continued 30% year-on-year growth, helping scale a high-performing GTM engine around an innovative cyber security SaaS product at the forefront of vulnerability scanning and security research.
Core Responsibilities:
- Revenue Operations & Strategy: Develop and implement a scalable Revenue Operations framework. Own and optimise the end-to-end revenue funnel. Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, including sales performance, pipeline velocity, and renewal trends. Support a high-volume outbound sales organisation (50+ team), ensuring GTM teams maximise time spent on revenue-generating activity. Define and optimise ICP targeting, ensuring sales teams are working the highest value accounts and opportunities.
- Process & System Optimisation: Streamline and enhance sales, marketing, and account management processes. Drive data accuracy and quality, implementing training, reporting, and governance to maintain clean and reliable data. Audit and optimise the existing CRM environment, improving the structure, usability, and integrity of large volumes of sales and account data. Implement and enforce clear data governance rules and standards to ensure CRM data remains structured, reliable, and actionable. Work with sales leadership to ensure SDR/AE alignment with data, accounts, and opportunities.
- GTM Technology & Data Enablement: Maximise the value of the current Go-To-Market technology stack, ensuring tools such as Cognism, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, G2, Leadoo and Salesforce are effectively utilised. Identify opportunities to improve GTM efficiency through better utilisation or investment in additional technologies. Lead initiatives to embed AI-driven capabilities into the GTM function, improving prospecting efficiency and productivity. Enhance the use of Salesforce to capture richer data on companies and opportunities to support multi-threaded selling.
- Performance Measurement & Enablement: Develop and manage reporting dashboards, providing real-time insights on sales effectiveness, marketing performance, and customer retention. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to drive enablement, coaching, training, and process adoption.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a high-growth SaaS or cyber security industry; 5+ years of experience in marketing/sales/go to market overall.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data-driven insights to optimise performance – experience with SQL/data visualisation software such as Tableau would be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, and other GTM tools, with a strong understanding of CRM, automation, and reporting best practices.
- Experience working with large outbound sales teams and managing operational processes that support high-volume prospecting environments.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
- Experience working with modern prospecting tools and data providers (e.g., Cognism, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G2, Salesforce).
- Interest or experience in applying AI tools within GTM or revenue operations functions.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
