Role Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging, exciting learning experiences for children
  • Lead & inspire your nursery team with enthusiasm & creativity
  • Support children’s development & maintain positive relationships with families
  • Plan fun, educational activities to spark curiosity & growth
  • Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
  • Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
  • A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families
