Recycling Team Member Ashby de la Zouch (Home of Hula Hoops, Space Raiders, Skips and more)
On-site Shift pattern: Alternating shifts of 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00. You may also be required to work additional shift patterns, including weekends, to cover absence and holidays. This role may include overtime at short notice.

About the role
The Recycling Team Member is a hands-on role is all about keeping our site safe, clean and running smoothly by ensuring waste is removed from all areas of the factory in a timely and responsible way. You’ll work largely unsupervised, taking ownership of your area while delivering a consistently high standard of service. The role can be physically demanding at times, so adaptability, resilience and a positive approach are essential.
