Of course, experience and track record are important, but we're more interested in hiring someone that embodies our People Promises. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive housing and tenancy management services across supported housing schemes, acting as the main point of contact for residents while overseeing tenancy start-ups, occupancy, move-ons and re-lettings. It involves providing intensive support to individuals with complex needs, balancing enforcement with a supportive approach to help sustain tenancies. The postholder will manage rent accounts and arrears, oversee allocations and voids, and address anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches in line with policy. Ensuring health, safety and compliance standards, working collaboratively with internal and external partners, coordinating services, and maintaining accurate records and performance data are all key to delivering safe, effective housing management and positive resident outcomes.

You will have proven experience in housing and tenancy management, preferably within supported or vulnerable housing settings, alongside a strong understanding of relevant legislation, including tenancy enforcement, anti-social behaviour and safeguarding. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with residents from diverse backgrounds and with complex needs. Strong IT proficiency is essential for managing cases, maintaining accurate records and producing clear written documentation.
