About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team. This role is key to ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting the smooth flow of materials and finished goods across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage production planning activities, including SAP system updates and scheduling
  • Maintain and analyse Excel spreadsheets to support planning and reporting
  • Order materials in line with production requirements
  • Ensure timely replenishment of ingredients to avoid production delays
  • Oversee finished goods management, ensuring accurate tracking and availability
  • Carry out stock reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Work closely with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment

What We're Looking For

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP systems)
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
