About the Role

As an Assistant Buyer, you'll be part of a team focused on procurement categories in IT, HR, and Factory Services. Initially, you'll support with administrative tasks, with quick opportunities to engage in supplier meetings, work on tenders and RFIs, and implement supplier agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Category Buyer/Manager/Head of Procurement in preparing RFI, RFQ, and ITT documents
  • Support new supplier and material sourcing efforts
  • Implement supply agreements
  • Assist in negotiations with suppliers
  • Be accountable for achieving agreed targets and objectives

About You

As this is an entry-level role it does not require previous procurement experience; we welcome candidates with a passion for starting a career in this field.
