An exciting opportunity has become available as an Inside Sales Engineer within our Global Products fire suppression business. The role will be responsible for the sales and sales support of products and services for our Vehicle, Kitchen Fire Suppression, Engineered systems and water mechanical portfolios.
The role is responsible for opportunity qualification, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
You will be expected to co-ordinate account management activities, closely co-operating with our outside sales and customer service teams., You will proactively sell our products and services to existing customers via phone and/or online (occasionally face-to-face). You will have a strong commercial and customer focus, making the partnership between Outside Sales, Customer Service colleagues and our customer.

Technical Request For Quote (FRQ) review

Commercialisation via ERP (SAP) system

Opportunity lifecycle management and follow up via CRM (Salesforce.com) system

Co-ordinate referrals and report out KPI’s. Owning the process to give maximum value to the referee and customer.

Account management; back order reporting, forecasting, spend review, credit analysis, drive growth via strategic initiatives.

Basic Engineering Activity ; drawing review, volume measurements.
