We're looking for talented bartenders to join our dynamic team and be part of creating memorable experiences as we launch a new restaurant concept in our sister venue on the ground floor.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. You'll be at the heart of our operation, crafting exceptional cocktails, engaging with guests, and maintaining the high standards that define lowcountry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to the highest standard
  • Create original and classic cocktails with precision and creativity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regulars and new guests
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment behind and in front of the bar
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol serving practices
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a quality-focused venue (minimum 1 year)
  • Advanced knowledge of cocktail techniques
  • Strong customer service skills with genuine passion for hospitality
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Full UK right to work
  • Attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
