We are a performance-driven mobile app and ecommerce growth agency helping brands scale through Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Meta Ads, ASO, Paid User Acquisition, and App Publishing partnerships.

We are looking for a commercially sharp, consultative sales professional who can identify, engage, and close high-spend advertisers and Amazon brands ready to invest in advanced paid media solutions. This role is not about pushing services. It’s about diagnosing growth problems and positioning DSP and performance media as the solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach high-potential brands spending on Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic
  • Sell Amazon DSP services to brands with high monthly ad budgets
  • Pitch full-funnel performance solutions, including:
    • Amazon DSP
    • Google UAC
    • Meta Ads
    • Paid user acquisition
    • Mobile App Monetization & Publishing Partnerships
  • Build and manage relationships with:
    • Brand owners
    • Heads of Marketing / Ecommerce
    • Performance Marketing Managers
    • CMOs
  • Work closely with the media team to:
    • Scope opportunities
    • Build proposals
    • Close long-term retainers
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end: Outreach → discovery → proposal → close
Who This Role Is For:
  • Have 3–7+ years’ experience in B2B sales, AdTech, Martech, or performance marketing
  • Understand paid media, DSPs, or Amazon advertising at a strategic level
  • Are comfortable selling high-end advertising services
  • Can run consultative discovery calls, not scripted sales pitches
  • Are outcome-driven and commercially confident
  • Enjoy working with fast-moving teams and high-growth clients
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience selling Amazon Ads or DSP
  • Agency sales background (performance marketing / paid media)
  • Existing network of ecommerce or app brands
  • Experience working with UK or US clients
