Position Overview:
- Develop regional business performance by planning and implementing distribution channel, coverage area and territory management to achieve regional sales target.
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of sales team members, analyse sales metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
- Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to the sales team to ensure the achievement of site KPIs and targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region/local market.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Proactively troubleshoot and identify areas for improvement within the sales plan, optimise planning & scheduling efficiency, and implement SOPs and CI platforms.
- Provide regular reports to direct superior regarding regional sales strategy, sales activities, sales performance etc.
- Take on additional tasks from your superior that are still within the scope.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years sales experience in selling GC1, GC2 and Food Packaging.
- Relevant Bachelor degree.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
- Fluency in writing and speaking English.
- Willing to travel frequently.
