You will report to the senior scientific leads and you will develop medical affairs and publications content across 3 different workstreams.</p> <h2>Skills Required</h2> <ul> <li>Experience or an interest in the rare disease therapy area.</li> <li>Experience developing content for different medical audiences.</li> <li>Ability to create materials to a high standard and quality, with minimal internal review/assistance.</li> <li>Excellent quality control skills – style/consistency, grammar, scientific accuracy, proof‑reading, layout.</li> <li>Ensure all writing meets client’s strategic marketing goals and is of high scientific quality/credibility.</li> <li>Client‑centric attitude – ability to work with clients on projects, ensuring they meet strategic marketing and medical needs.</li> </ul> <h2>Experience</h2> <ul> <li>Prior experience working as a medical writer for a medical communications agency.</li> <li>Academic background in life sciences.</li> <li>Excellent benefits package including pension and private medical or wellbeing pot.</li> <li>Office‑based, hybrid or remote working available with on‑site / travel opportunities.</li> </ul> <h2>Our Pledge</h2> <p>At Inizio, we value inclusivity, recognise the power of diversity and inspire the next generation of change‑makers.
