  • Maintain accurate reinsurance records and contract data within XL Pro and associated systems.

  • Support the month-end net close process, monitor reinsurer aged debt, and liaise with brokers and counterparties to resolve outstanding matters.
  • Prepare and deliver Lloyd's Outwards Reinsurance reporting and related regulatory submissions.
  • Support the administration of legacy and run-off reinsurance arrangements where required.
  • Work closely with Underwriters, Finance, Claims, Actuarial teams, brokers, and external reinsurance counterparties to resolve queries and ensure accurate contract execution.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives while maintaining strong operational controls and data quality standards.
  • Support the continued growth of Apollo's Platform Partner Syndicates by providing high-quality ceded reinsurance administration and service delivery.

  • Experience preparing or supporting Lloyd's Outwards Reinsurance reporting and associated regulatory submissions.
  • Strong understanding of reinsurance accounting, premium processing, claims administration, cash-flow management, and aged debt monitoring.
  • Experience working collaboratively with underwriting, finance, claims, actuarial teams, brokers, and reinsurers.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
