  • Ensure strict compliance with all UK regulations, quality standards, and health & safety requirements (target: zero major safety incidents and 100% first-time grid connection acceptance).
  • Manage project costs, timelines, and gross margin performance.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, outsourced installation teams, DNOs, and internal departments to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
  • Lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of project engineers and installation supervisors.
  • Handle customer communication and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years in solar/storage project delivery in the UK, with at least 3+ years specifically managing residential solar + storage projects.

  • Experience with SEG subsidy applications.
  • Background in large-scale residential solar rollout and digital project management tools.

  • 37.5 working hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • 30 days holiday per year including bank holidays
