About the Role Apollo Grid provides home energy solutions to UK residential customers, including solar PV, battery storage and heat pumps.
The MOS Operations Coordinator connects lead generation channels, part-time teams, energy advisers, installers and customers.
You will coordinate day-to-day work from lead generation and home visits through to installation, project handover and customer follow-up.
You will spot missing information, communication gaps and delays at each stage.
Where needed, you will step in to coordinate, clarify who owns the task and what happens next, and follow up until the issue is resolved.
Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Apollo Grid will provide training on the business and its operating procedures.
Key responsibilities 1.

Follow up on day-to-day work, record performance assessments against agreed standards, check payroll records and help improve team procedures.

Collect, organise and prepare the final customer handover pack, follow up on missing documents and submit the pack to the relevant person for review. 5.
Customer follow-up and issue resolution Contact customers after the energy adviser’s visit and again after installation to understand their experience, record questions and outstanding issues, coordinate responses and follow up on the outcome.
Expectations across all work Check proactively that handovers are clear, each task has an owner and commitments are met on time.
When communication breaks down, information is missing or work is delayed, fill the information gaps, coordinate arrangements and track the outcome.
