We are looking for a proactive and personable Community Engagement & CSR Executive to join our Marketing & Brand team. This is an exciting role focused on building strong local relationships and raising our brand profile within the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and build strong relationships with local communities, residents, councils, businesses, and community organisations
  • Act as the key point of contact between Apollogrid and local stakeholders
  • Plan, organise, and coordinate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities and community outreach programmes
  • Manage local roadshows, exhibitions, promotional events, and community campaigns
  • Attend community events and represent the company in a professional and engaging manner
  • Support local brand awareness initiatives and promote our renewable energy solutions
  • Create and coordinate community-focused social media content

Requirements

  • Previous experience in community engagement, CSR, marketing, events, or stakeholder relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with social media platforms and content coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and design tools (e.g. Canva)
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability is highly advantageous
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
