We are looking for a proactive and personable Community Engagement & CSR Executive to join our Marketing & Brand team. This is an exciting role focused on building strong local relationships and raising our brand profile within the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and build strong relationships with local communities, residents, councils, businesses, and community organisations
- Act as the key point of contact between Apollogrid and local stakeholders
- Plan, organise, and coordinate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities and community outreach programmes
- Manage local roadshows, exhibitions, promotional events, and community campaigns
- Attend community events and represent the company in a professional and engaging manner
- Support local brand awareness initiatives and promote our renewable energy solutions
- Create and coordinate community-focused social media content
Requirements:
- Previous experience in community engagement, CSR, marketing, events, or stakeholder relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience with social media platforms and content coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and design tools (e.g. Canva)
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
- Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability is highly advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
