About the Role

Apollogrid is a fast-growing renewable energy company specialising in sustainable home energy solutions. We’re expanding our Delivery Service Centre and looking for an experienced Air Source Heat Pump Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this hands-on, manager-level role, you’ll deliver high-quality Air Source Heat Pump installations in domestic properties across London and the South East. If you’re passionate about renewable heating, take pride in excellent workmanship, and enjoy providing great customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission Air Source Heat Pumps in domestic properties
  • Carry out system testing, fault finding, and maintenance
  • Work closely with design and compliance teams to ensure all installations meet MCS standards
  • Complete all required installation documentation and handover packs
  • Deliver high-quality, professional customer service on-site

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience installing heat pumps (Air Source Heat Pump experience preferred)
  • Good understanding of heating systems and controls
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
