We deliver premium integrated residential energy storage solutions covering the full customer journey from sales and professional installation to ongoing maintenance and long-term support for high-quality solar inverters and battery systems.
As a fast-growing company with nationwide UK operations and ambitious international expansion plans across Europe, Australia, and Africa, we’re scaling our door-to-door sales teams to keep up with rapid demand in the clean energy sector.
The main purpose of this role is to generate qualified leads from customers who are interested in Solar products through door-to-door canvassing. If you are confident in sales, you will follow the lead through and close your own deals.
We’re looking for driven Field Sales Representatives to join our expanding teams in the West Midlands. This is an outdoor, customer-facing door-to-door sales role perfect for resilient, target-oriented people who enjoy face-to-face interaction and want clear progression opportunities.
Salary & Earnings- £26,000 base salary per year
- Uncapped commission up to 3% — your earnings reflect your effort!
- Generate qualified leads by door-to-door canvassing, targeting customers interested in Solar products
- Work closely with an experienced Team Leader
- Promote clean energy solutions (solar + battery storage) through engaging face-to-face conversations
- Follow up leads via phone, email, and social platforms
- Close sales contracts where confident and coordinate with the installation team
- Keep accurate records and share valuable market feedback
- Comfortable with field-based, performance-driven sales work
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-focused
- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not essential — full training provided
- Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a strong advantage
- 37.5-hour working week (structured and predictable)
- 30 days annual leave including bank holidays
