Apollo, a Skyward Group company, is seeking an Underwriting Services Manager to lead the In-House Service Team (IST) and shape underwriting operations across Lloyd's and the London Market. The role ensures accurate and efficient processing from underwriting decision to premium settlement, financial reconciliation and market reporting.
You'll define the future operating model, partner with underwriters on trading initiatives, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong controls.
